Objective | The course aims to promote self awareness of muscle and nerves knowledge in the context of pain management through understanding of Body Physical Structure. Understanding muscle ache in relation to poor posture and how to maintain the correct posture through correct alignment of body in standing, sitting, reading, working on the computer, walking etc. |
Description |
Understanding the cause of bodily Aches through an overview of the Body’s Physical Structure – the muscles and nerves; and the cause of muscle pain from the perspective of muscle ache. Upon successful completion of the course the learners will be able to understand the mechanism of muscle pain and prevention via daily posture awareness.
