| Objective | Upper body strength and flexibility is essential to keep pain away. Juggling is a fun way to help us be active on a daily basis. Post-course, participants are encouraged to join the Senior Jugglers who will practice juggling whenever they get together. |
| Description | Juggling dates back to 2000 BC from the Egyptian era. It is important for dexterity and loosening of the wrists. It also helps build hand-eye coordination and overall upper body and arm strength.

| Trainer | Yeo Teow Chong has more than 40 years of Learning and Development exposure. A Past President of STADA, TC is currently working with the Center for Creative Leadership, delivering Leadership Development programs as well as Coaching Executives. TC has always desired to be a clown one day when he finds his ‘red nose’. He likes to enable learning through experiential activities. TC is happily married to Wai Keng and they have 2 adult kids who are currently living outside of Singapore |
