Objective Joy can be cultivated.

Joy doesn’t need to be rare or accidental. Through small, daily moments of MOOD responsibility, mindfulness and gratitude, you learn to let good experiences sink in.  That joy becomes part of your emotional core (MOJO), something you can return to, rely on, and share.

Trainers

Adrian Teo

Adrian has a BA from the University of Malaya; and a MSc from Durham University, UK.  He spent a decade in the Civil Service, 5 years with an NGO in Coral Gables, Florida, 38 years in running his own training consultancy. He trained internationally in 57 countries. Adrian was an ACTA trainer and certifier, and  was master trainer in experiential learning. A spiritual elder, he did marital counseling for over two decades. Since 2012 he focused his attention on integrating mind-brain-body relationships in self and in connecting with others. Adrian conducts “Mindfulness for Wellbeing” as well as some half-a-dozen other courses to coach seniors to maintain inner well-being through self-regulation and the practice of lifelong learning.
