About National Silver Academy (NSA)
The National Silver Academy (NSA) is a network of post-secondary education institutions (PSEIs) (i.e. ITE, polytechnics, universities and arts institutions) and community-based organisations that offer learning opportunities that are subsidised for seniors. Seniors and PRs aged 50 years and above can look forward to attending short courses and bite-sized courses that are exam free. For courses run by community-based organisations, the final fee payable ā for both Singaporean and Permanent Resident seniors ā takes into account the support given by the government to community-based organisations to develop and offer the short courses.
About The Singapore Association for Continuing Education (SACE)
The Singapore Association for Continuing Education (SACE) is a registered charity with MOE. It offers over 80 courses under the National Silver Academy, most of which are highly subsidised for Singaporeans & Permanent Residents aged 50 and above. SACE serves the continuing learning needs of adults of all ages.

Trainers |
Adrian Teo Adrian has a BA from the University of Malaya; and a MSc from Durham University, UK.Ā He spent a decade in the Civil Service, 5 years with an NGO in Coral Gables, Florida, 38 years in running his own training consultancy. He trained internationally in 57 countries. Adrian was an ACTA trainer and certifier, andĀ was master trainer in experiential learning. A spiritual elder, he did marital counseling for over two decades. Since 2012 he focused his attention on integrating mind-brain-body relationships in self and in connecting with others. Adrian conducts “Mindfulness for Wellbeing” as well as some half-a-dozen other courses to coach seniors to maintain inner well-being through self-regulation and the practice of lifelong learning. Norliah Daroos Norliah Daroos is a certified BrainGymĀ© Instructor dedicated to enhancing cognitive and physical performance through movements. With a passion for unlocking potential, she guides individuals of all ages in exercises that improve focus, coordination and learning abilities. Her approach integrates movement with mental stimulation, fostering growth and improving overall well-being. A trained Craniosacral Therapist and other modalities, she looks forward to support others in their journey towards a more balanced and empowered |
