| Objective | The course aims to impart learners with
(1) the confidence to speak before an audience, (2) the proper speech structures to employ, (3) the appropriate speech contents, (4) the technical skills of speaking – eye contact, voice pitch, rate, and volume, hand gestures etc and (5) how to engage the audience. |
| Description | Seniors are often expected to speak on special occasions – to propose a toast at a banquet, to deliver a eulogy, to present an after-dinner speech, to roast an old friend, and to speak in praise of someone special. Many are embarrassed because they do not know where to start, what to say, and how to end the speech. This course prepares seniors, helps them overcome their nervousness, and helps them gain confidence. |

Ban Peng has a bachelors degree in business administration and is the founder and the CEO of his own consultancy and training business with more than 35 years of success serving clients from all over the world including Australia, Canada, China, Germany, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, Korea, Singapore, Thailand, UK, and USA. Ban Peng has also served as chief trainer as well as served on the Board of International Directors of an international training organization. |
