NOTICE is hereby given that the 47th Annual General Meeting of The Singapore Association for Continuing Education shall be convened at 5.00pm on 29th May 2025 at Napier & Read, Level 6, One Farrer Hotel, 1 Farrer Park Station Road, Singapore 217562
The AGENDA includes the following
- To confirm the minutes of the last AGM
- To receive the Annual Report
- To receive the statement of accounts for the previous year
- To elect Office Bearers
- To appoint/re-appoint a CPA firm as the auditor
- To consider any resolution, motion, or proposal of which due notice has been given to the Secretary
- To discuss general business
