Teambuilding & Bonding

SACE President Adrian Teo facilitated a team-building and bonding session for staff volunteers and Board members on the 25th and 26th February 2020. The two-day experiential workshop involved various hands-on activities that focused on enhancing inter- and intra- personal relationships. Participants experienced the GRPR (goals, roles, processes and relationships) of a successful high-performance team. It was a fun learning time of sharing and caring ending with a rousing song and dance for some deep reflection in an enchanted setting.
